Shipping and Returns

Goods must be received unworn and in original condition. We encourage you to inspect your order as soon as your package arrives to ensure everything is in good condition. We strongly advise you to try your shoes on a carpeted surface.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, scuffed or altered in any way.
  • We cannot refund original shipping charges.


Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be levied upon delivery. Shipping estimates do not include custom clearance times. We are unable to create international return labels so return shipping is the responsibility of the international customer.


  1. Please email your return request to Include your name, order number, the name or sku of the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for return.
  2. We will respond to your email and include a pre-paid UPS return label. Print the attached label and adhere it to the box.
